As Sales Manager at Nosh.bio you will be working with our Head of Business Development on the topics of Commercialization, Marketing, and Sales strategy to support us to revolutionize the food industry at large for the better. Those will be your responsibilities:
1) Define the mid- and long-term sales strategy together with the Head Business Development.
2) Build a comprehensive new business pipeline with structured prospecting and follow ups, ensuring the right high quality leads are nurtured through to close.
3) Prepare pitches and detailed project plans for each partnership engagement to clearly communicate the value of Nosh and of our b2b ingredient solution.
4) Generate sales and revenue growth across scale-ups and food manufacturers.
5) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular contact/meetings to understand their changing needs and how Nosh can meet them.
6) Work with supply chain to ensure flawless order management and fulfillment and implement processes for outstanding customer service.
7) Leverage industry knowledge and existing networks.
8) Work with marketing on storytelling and to suggest value enhancing features in a clear manner.
9) Setup from scratch and structure own reporting of performance vs KPIs and budget (revenue, profit, pipeline growth, pipeline conversion), provide clear rationale for performance and recommendations for optimisation.
10) Travel to B2B clients will be required. What can you expect from joining Nosh? Qualifications
1) 3-5+ years of professional experience in Sales or Account Management with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
2) Expertise within a food brand/ manufacturer/ ingredients supplier.
3) Strong network in the food industry.
4) In depth knowledge of the full sales cycle; prospecting, pitching, knowledge-based selling, negotiating and closing.
5) Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and pursue business opportunities.
6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
7) Fluency in English; German is a plus. Culture Fit & Impact Enthusiastic, high level of integrity and a strong work ethic, with an ability to learn quickly.
